Terms and Conditions
The minimum purchase is and the maximum purchase is whatever is left in any given section.
When you 'buy' a plot you will not 'own' any part of the page or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and story which will then be published on the site in the respective space you have paid for.
If your image and link are accepted and published, you cannot get a refund.
The site and homepage will be online until at least February 1, 2010, but likely much longer, at the discretion of the owners of www.mypetrest.com.
No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted, and the owners of www.mypetrest.com decide what is appropriate for this site. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded.
If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and story removed from the site, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space will become publically available again.
Funds must be fully recieved and cleared before your image and story goes live on the site.
There will be occasional downtime for site maintenance, however, downtime is minimal and we strive for 99% uptime.
Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared (eg. in PayPal or bank account), we aim to get your image and story online within 24-48hrs.
